CLUB (2 stars): TERRIBLE service. There for 90+ minutes recently and not one visit from the waitress. Though she had plenty of time to stand around and visit with the 3 or 4 tables she did actually serve. Everyone else might as well have been invisible.
Casino is nice, clean and staff is friendly. The hotel..rooms are very nice and priced right for the stay. However, the hotel is recently built and opened therefore the staff is a bit disorganized. It was a tough check in, but we all have a bed to sleep in. Yes we reserved our rooms, just did not get 1 of the rooms we reserved. They did the best they could to accomodate. Lacking some attention to detail is all I'm going to say. The food is great at a reasonable price.
Update 10-14-17 - Just had my daughter's wedding here this past weekend... what impeccable service! They absolutely knocked it out of the park! Great food, rooms, facilities, and detail. Joanna Hadley was an outstanding planner from beginning to end. I couldn't give her and River Bend Casino any higher praise. Thank you, thank you!!!
Didn't like it. Weird lay out. Old games. Tight machines. Low payouts. Small hits and line pays. Stayed over 3 hrs. Lost over 1200. Never could get a decent win. Good drinks and clean restrooms though. Friendly people. Good parking. Covered entry...
Curious as to why I don’t get food coupons or vouchers from here. I/we get free play. Get food coupons from everyone else and I use them, but not from Wyandotte. Love twin bridges, although a little high priced for me. And the menu and burgers in deli are to die for. Love playing there but do better at indigo. I still want dinner coupons from river bend.
RESTAURANT (4 stars): Good food, no doubt. But the new menu eliminated many favorites and raised prices significantly. Staff is usually overloaded so make sure u don't have anywhere to be.
Nice modern casino with excellent food, fantastic bar, neatest little bowling alley ever, and a loft bar for rent for all your special event needs. The rooms are spacious and upscale with very reasonable prices. I Love this place! Oh, the machines and table games are good too!
